HAART, one of the three largest AIDS organizations in Louisiana, seeks to improve our community through health and wellness education, and the provision of comprehensive quality services.  Our agency strives to assist those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS in the Baton Rouge community, which is #1 in the US with the highest rate of AIDS cases.  Our programs include:
