| Hope & Healing provides permanent housing for disabled individuals who have disabilities and co-occurring mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. The program also provides a full time mental health/substance abuse counselor to work with clients enrolled in this program. Clients receive rental assistance and case management while working toward self-sufficiency.
