| In January 2006, HAART was funded to provide tenant-based rental assistance. This program provides permanent stable housing to qualified persons and assists in restructuring their lives towards self-sufficiency. Participants must be disabled, have verifiable income and pay portion of rent and utilities. Our goal is to help qualified individuals re-join the community.
