Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Under the supervision of the Director of Social Services, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will negotiate with clients to develop individualized service plans with specific goals and objectives which may include housing, child care, vocational training, etc. The LCSW will conduct client assessments including referral assessments. Provide and follow up on referrals to community services, including advocating for clients and problem solving with community agencies.

Collaborates with the criminal justice and social services system (i.e. judges, probation officers, social workers, etc.) as appropriate. Maintains confidential client records and files. 

Master’s degree in related field of work with three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience or equivalent. Must maintain LCSW state licensure.

 

Employment Assistant

The Employment Assistant is a Temp to Full-Time position. This position will aid in strengthening the capacity of PLWHA to find and maintain employment and enter or reenter the workplace through individualized vocational services, complete vocational assessments, provide education and/or vocational training, "soft skills" development and job placement and retention. Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation services required, experience preferred, but not required, ability to work with diverse populations, knowledge of vocational assessment required.

 

Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager is responsible for providing direct services to homeless, formerly homeless and persons at imminent risk of homelessness to establish and maintain permanent housing, increase client self-sufficiency, and enhance client’s overall wellbeing. This person will conduct assessments and reassessments and develop service plans to address identified needs, inspect units for occupancy to ensure required habitability standards are met, conduct home visits as necessary and maintain accurate case records and documentation. Bachelor’s degree (required), Master’s degree (preferred) in social services.

 

Housing Program Manager

The Housing Program Manager oversees the provision of housing services funded by HUD’s CoC and HOPWA programs to eligible persons. They will perform grant administration, staff planning and support, client support and compliance, property management and maintenance. Master's Degree in social work, public administration, or related field required.

 

Dental Assistant

The dental assistant prepares treatment room for patient Prepares patient for dental treatment, provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area, educates patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions, documents dental care services in patient records, works with dentist and other dental staff to meet the oral health needs of the patients, maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations, must have a High School diploma, Dental Assistant Certificate, EDDA Preferred and BLS certification.  Posted 5/22/2018
