Budget Financial Analyst

Develop annual budget, monthly forecasting processes, performance measures, benchmarks and standards. Advises and assists department heads and directors with the budget. Monitor budget for deficits and discrepancies and make recommendations. Identifies potential issues and provides recommendations for resolution processes, policies and procedures. Full-time position. Health Planner

Requires two years of experience in planning, research or evaluation for a public or mental health agency or center; or an equivalent combination of training and experience; experience working in an FQHC desired.  Must have Master's Degree in Public Health from an accredited University and field related to community or publicly funded healthcare. Senior Accountant

Assist Controller in preparing monthly financial statements, monthly departmental reports, and providing information to department managers as requested. Responsible for preparing audit work papers for the annual financial statement audits and reviewing and maintaining internal controls within the accounts payable and receivable department. Full-time position. Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsible for performing data entry and related duties in posting accounts receivable payments. This includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances, and resolving account irregularities. The A/R Clerk may also administer claims, refunds, adjustments, and any other accounting transactions related to A/R management. This position involves diplomatic interaction with customers to provide billing information and support in order to facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization. Full-time position. General Ledger Accountant

Perform routine accounting duties including balance sheet reconciliation, create and post journal entries, and assist in financial statement preparation as needed. Identify daily activity in bank accounts, reconcile bank accounts and maintain controls over significant balance sheet accounts, such as payroll accrual accounts, inventory and prepaid accounts prepare and distribute 1099's to vendors. Social Worker

Ensure timely and coordinated access to medical appropriate levels of health and support services and continuity of care through all types of encounters including face to face, phone contact, and anyother form of communication to the eligiable population.
