HAART is hosting “Hoopin’ It Up” Saturday, March fourth in recognition of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. The Baton Rouge Police Department will go up against the Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Department at this annual basketball game!
For seventeen years, community groups and HAART have played basketball to raise awareness of HIV prevention and treatment and support services in the Baton Rouge area, which has the highest rates of HIV in the country.
Hoopin’ It Up is free and open to the public. Grab your friends and family and join us, Saturday, March 4th from 3:30pm to 6:30pm at McKinley High School gym.
